Listed below are movement activities, skill practice ideas, and fitness exercises which will keep your skills sharp while we are away from Bay. Pick something which interests you and have fun! These will be updated throughout the 2020-2021 school year.

Fitness Exercises
Practicing and writing down your current fitness levels & setting goals for improvement over time.
- Holding Push-Up Position/Modified Push-Ups on knees (how long or how many modified push-ups?)
- Continuous Run or Brisk Walk (How many minutes of a run/walk and what distance?)
- Burpees or Mountain Climbers (How many in 30 seconds?)
- Stretching Routine

Skill Practice
Maintaining the sports skills we have been working on with practice or games which involve:
- Underhand Toss/Overhand Throw & Catching. Progress from individual to partner catch with various equipment (beanbag, balls)
- Hand Dribble (using both hands in all directions)
- Soccer Skills (foot dribble, kicking, passing, and trapping)
- Striking (Balloon) with different body parts. How many can you get in a row?
