4th and 5th Grade Broncos!
Starting in 4th grade we begin to track our fitness levels in PE class. Here is a look at the Personal Fitness Cards which each student gets.
The benefit to tracking your progress is that you will always know your current levels of fitness, you can see your progress over time, and you can then begin to set goals on where you would want your fitness levels to go.
Some of the "Other Fitness Areas" we track are: Box Jumps (6 inch box; as many in 30 seconds), Wall-Sits, Burpees (as many in 30 seconds), Jump Rope (as many in 30 seconds),
